Astrological Football Forecast for the FIFA Club World Cup: Semi Final 9th July 2025 Paris Saint-Germain vs Real Madrid

Please note:  All contest charts are cast for BST, hence the different date and time from that locally advertised.

The local kick off time for the Semi Final at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey is 3pm (ET) on 9th July 2025

Paris Saint-Germain have conceded just one match this tournament, to Botofogo in the early Round of 16.  Since that one defeat, Paris Saint Germain have won all their matches, including a convincing victory against Bayern Munich last weekend:  The pundits favour them to win.

Real Madrid have yet to lose a match this tournament and will prove strong opposition in this battle for a place in the final.

As favourites, PSG are represented by Mars (lord of the 1st house), with the Sun (lord of the 10th house) as their co-significator.

Opponents Real Madrid are signified by Venus, (lord of the 7th house) and Saturn (lord of the 4th house).

There are few strong testimonies in this chart, a possible reflection of how equally matched these teams are.

The Moon applies to a trine with Mars (lord 1) but, at over 7 degrees distant, is over the 5-degree orb considered most reliable for a 90-minute football match.  However, as extra time (and possibly penalties) are allowed, this could indicate a late advantage for the favourites.

In the absence of any other testimonies, this chart favours the favourites. At the time of writing, the favourites are Paris Saint-Germain, albeit by a very slim margin.  Both teams finished top of their respective groups, and both will be missing key players, due to red cards and sending offs in previous matches:  This will make the game even more equally matched.  Once again, a closely fought, unmissable contest is promised.

Astrological Football Forecast for Women’s Euro 2025: 8th July 2025 Germany vs Denmark

At the time of writing, Germany are second favourites to be tournament victors:  Only defending champions Spain have better odds.

In their debut match, Germany won convincingly against Poland (2-0), while Denmark conceded points to Sweden, losing 0-1 to a goal in the 55th minute.

This game against Germany will be Denmark’s toughest challenge in Group C, and they will need to do well to assure their place in the next round.

The 1st house and its ruler, Jupiter, represent favourites Germany:  At 06 Cancer 33, Jupiter is still afflicted by the Sun at 16 Cancer 44, by being ‘under the sunbeams’.  This debility is much weaker than affliction by combustion but is worthy of note.

Mercury (ruler of the 7th house) signify their opponents, Denmark.

The ruler of the 10th house would usually be co-significator for the favourites, just as the ruler of the 4th house would co-signify the underdogs.  This chart is slightly unusual in that the ruler of the 10th house (for Germany) is Mercury, the main significator for Denmark and the 4th house ruler (for Denmark) is Jupiter, who is already spoken for as main significator for Germany: Jupiter’s and Mercury’s roles as rulers of the 1st and 7th house take precedence, so the teams have just one significator each.

The Moon’s aspects decide more sporting contests than any other testimonies:  In this chart, she makes just one aspect of significance (over the usual 5-degree orb of reliability for 90-minute football matches), an opposition to the antiscion of Jupiter at 23 Gemini 27.  Despite the challenging nature of the opposition aspect, this boosts the fortunes of favourites, Germany.  It is a weaker than if the Moon made a bodily aspect to Jupiter, but in the absence of any stronger testimonies, is a sign that the game will go Germany’s way.

Astrological Football Forecast for the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final: 6th July 2025 USA vs Mexico

Please note:  All contest charts are cast for BST, hence the different date and time from that locally advertised.

The local kick off time for the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas is 6pm (Local Time) on 6th July 2025.

Both the USA and Mexico have earned their place in the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final:  Mexico are favoured to win, but eight-times trophy victors USA will not make it easy for them.

As favourites, Mexico are signified solely by Jupiter (lord of the 1st house).  They would usually have the ruler of the 10th house (Mercury) as their co-significator, but (as ruler of the 7th house) he is busy representing their rivals, USA.

There are no testimonies in this chart which point clearly to a winner.

The Moon applies to sextile Saturn, who can prove a general hindrance to either (or both sides) if not occupied as a significator for one of the teams.

The next lunar aspect is a sextile to Neptune, who can also be the author of mischief when so inclined.

The Moon’s final aspect, (over the 5-degree reliable orb for 90-minute football match) is a sextile to Pluto.  John Frawley has observed that Pluto appears to have a grudge against the favourites, but that he is most effective when on a team house cusp, or aspecting the Part of Fortune, its antiscion or dispositor by conjunction or opposition. This is not the case here, but the aspect is worth noting in the absence of anything more convincing.

Jupiter (lord 1) is no longer combust (within approx 8 degrees of the Sun) but is still close enough (within 15 degrees) to be ‘under the sun beams’. This could prove an obstacle to the favourites, Mexico. It is only a weak affiction, but in a chart with so few other testimonies, it may be more significant.

Although this contest chart has little in the way of major testimonies, it does not mean the game will be dull:  Saturn and Neptune have it in their power to bring generalised mischief and upsets, while Pluto’s aspect to the Moon and Jupiter’s affliction by the Sun suggest that the favourites will not find victory easy.

A long-drawn out contest, possibly going to extra time and/or penalties is very possible.

Astrological Football Forecast for the FIFA Club World Cup: Quarter Final 5th July Real Madrid vs Dortmund

Please note:  All contest charts are cast for BST, hence the different date and time from that locally advertised.

The local kick off time for the final Quarter Final of this tournament at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey is 4pm (ET) on 5th July 2025

Real Madrid are five times Club World Cup champions, and have yet to lose a game this tournament.  They are the favourites, and are signified by Mars (lord of the 1st house) and the Sun (lord of the 10th house, the house of victory for the favourites).

Dortmund, as their opponents, are represented by Venus (lord of the 7th house) and Saturn (lord of the 4th house).  Although they are the less favoured team (at least in the opinion of the bookmakers), they too have yet to lose a game this tournament and promise another closely fought match as they battle Real Madrid for a place in the Semi-Finals.

Looking at the contest chart, the Moon makes all the running, pointing the way to the likely result with two powerful testimonies:  She applies to conjunct the 1st house cusp and (being within 5-degrees of the house cusp) is counted as being placed within that house.  This is a strong argument for victory for the favourites.

The Moon’s next and final aspect (over the 5-degree orb of reliability for 90-minute football matches) is a trine to the Part of Fortune, which also favours the favourites.

The absence of any testimonies supporting Dortmund suggests that the team which holds the record as Club World Cup Champions (Real Madrid) will be going on to the next round.

Dortmund may be underdogs, but they too have yet to lose a game this tournament. Even with the heavens in their favour, it would be a mistake for Real Madrid to assume their place in the Semi-Finals will be easily won.  Dortmund are sure to make them work for it.

Astrological Football Forecast for the FIFA Club World Cup: Quarter Final 4th July 2025 Fluminense vs Al-Hilal

Please note:  All contest charts are cast for BST, hence the different date and time from that locally advertised.

The local kick off time for the first Quarter Final of this tournament in Orlando, Florida is 3pm (ET) on 4th July 2025

The Moon is in the 1st house, very close to the house cusp. This gives a strong boost to the fortunes of the favourites.

The Moon’s first aspect is a conjunction with the antiscion of the Part of Fortune (at 06 Scorpio 19).  Although a conjunction to an antiscion is not always as reliable as a bodily conjunction, this also points to a win for the favourites.

The Moon’s final relevant aspect is a sextile to Mars, lord of the 1st house:  Another powerful testimony for the favourites.   This aspect is just over the 5-degree orb of reliability for 90-minute football matches, so an opportunity in extra time may prove significant.

We have a chart overwhelmingly in favour of a win for the favourites. However, it is less easy to decide who the favourites are.

Both Fluminense and Al-Hilal have played outstandingly during this tournament:  Fluminense have a win against Inter Milan to their credit, while Al-Hilal can boast the biggest upset of the contest so far, having defeated Manchester City by four goals to three last Tuesday.

At the time of writing (3rd July 2025), most bookmakers favour Al-Hilal to win, but the margin is very narrow and Fluminense have strong support as well.

One thing is certain: This contest between well-matched teams promises to be one of the most memorable of the tournament.

Astrological Football Forecast for Women’s Euro 2025: Switzerland vs Norway

Forecasts for the FIFA Club World Cup will continue later in the week but, for now, over to the first day of the Women’s Euro 2025 where Switzerland do battle with Norway in their opening match of the tournament.

Please note:  All contest charts are cast for BST, hence the different date and time from that locally advertised.

The local kick off time for this match at St Jakob-Park in Basel is 9pm.

Although Switzerland have the home advantage, the pundits consider Norway to be the stronger side.

As favourites, Norway are signified by Saturn (lord of the 1st house).  Their co-significator, Mars, already has a role as dispositor of the Part of Fortune which takes precedence.

The 7th and 4th house (and their rulers) represent Switzerland:  Here, the 7th house is ruled by the Moon, who already has a role describing the events of the match.  The Moon’s dispositor is Venus, who also rules the 4th house, making her the ideal significator for Switzerland.

So, unusually, both teams have just one planet to represent them:  Saturn for Norway and Venus for Switzerland.

The antiscion of Venus (at 02 Leo 03, for Switzerland) opposes a retrograde Pluto.  Pluto tends to reserve his malice for the favourites so, if Switzerland are truly the underdogs, they should have little to fear.

Saturn (for favourites Norway) applies to conjunct the Part of Fortune.  This powerful testimony would award victory to Norway, but Neptune intercedes between them, preventing the aspect: Norway may have victory in their grasp, but Neptune has it in his power to deny them the win, if the mood takes him.

Overall, this is an interesting chart, in that both teams have difficult planets to contend with.  The favourites should have the edge, but if Neptune is in the mood for mischief, unexpected outcomes are possible.

Astrological Football Forecast for FIFA Club World Cup: Last 16 Day 4 Real Madrid vs Juventus

Please note:  All contest charts are cast for BST, hence the different date and time from that locally advertised.

The local kick off time for this Last-16 match in Miami, Florida is 3pm (ET) on 1st July 2025

Both teams have strong support, and we can expect this to be another hotly contested match.  At the time of writing, Real Madrid are the favourites, but only by a small margin.  In the view of the pundits, there is little to choose between the two teams, and the match may well go to penalties.

But do the heavens agree?

If Real Madrid truly are the favourites (as the odds suggest), they are signified by Mars (Lord of the 1st house) and the Sun (Lord of the 10th house, the house of victory for the favourites).

Venus, ruler of the 7th house represents rivals Juventus.

The planet which would usually be their co-significator (Saturn, ruler of the 4th house; the house of victory for the underdogs) already has a role as dispositor of the Part of Fortune.

The Moon is void of course (she makes no further aspects in her current sign).  This often means that the status quo is maintained, and the favourite wins.

Pluto applies retrograde to the 4th house cusp (one of the houses which represent Juventus).  Pluto tends to reserve his malice for the favourites, so this is unlikely to affect the outcome of the match.

Overall, the heavens forecast ‘no change’:  Real Madrid finished the first round at the top of their group, with Juventus in second place.  The void of course moon suggests that the favourites will come out on top in this game as well.
