Africa Cup of Nations astrological football forecast for 13th January 2024: Ivory Coast vs Guinea-Bissau

The hosts Ivory Coast are favourites to win this opening match of the Africa Cup of Nations and are therefore represented by the Sun (ruler of the 1st house) and Venus (ruler of the 10th house; the house of victory for the favourites). 

Rivals Guinea-Bissau are represented by Saturn (ruler of the opposing 7th house) and Mars (4th house ruler). 

The Moon (significator of events during the match) applies to trine the antiscion of Saturn at 25 Libra 32. In the absence of any stronger testimonies, this suggests that Guinea-Bissau may do better than the pundits expect.  However, whether this testimony is strong enough to result in the first major upset of the tournament remains to be seen.
