Astrological Football Forecast for the Premier League: Sunday 22nd February 2026 Spurs vs Arsenal

At the time of writing, Arsenal are placed top of the table, while hosts Spurs are 16th: The pundits favour Arsenal to win easily, but do the heavens agree?

If the pundits are correct, and Arsenal truly are the favourites, they are represented by the Sun (ruler of the 1st house) and Venus, (ruler of the 10th house, the house of victory for the favourites).

Saturn, ruler of the 7th house is the main significator for Spurs. Mars, as ruler of the 4th house (the house of victory for the underdogs) is their co-significator.

The Moon (which often shows how the events of the match will unfold) immediately applies to conjunct the cusp of the 10th house. She then goes in to aspect Venus, ruler of the 10th house, by sextile. This is the final lunar aspect over the 5-degree orb considered most reliable for 90-minute football matches: Both testimonies favour the favourites.

There are two  testimonies which  are helpful to Spurs, but these are not as strong as those favouring Arsenal; Firstly, there is the  placement of Mars, ruler of the 4th cusp (the house of victory for the underdogs) on the 7th house cusp: This suggests that Spurs will play well but is no guarantee of victory.

Secondly, the Part of Fortune (at 29 Aquarius 09) is placed inside the 7th house. Ideally, it would be closer to the house cusp (within 1 or 2 degrees) but, in the absence of any stronger testimonies for Spurs, it is worth considering.

Overall, this chart is inclined towards the favourites who, if the pundits are correct, are Arsenal. Expect their opponents to put in a creditable performance, althpugh it is unlikely to be enough to beat the favourites.
