If we choose them as favourites, they are signified by Mars (Lord 1) and Mercury (Lord 10). Their rivals, Belgium are represented by Venus (lord of the opposing 7th house) and Jupiter (Lord 4). The Moon applies to a trine with Jupiter, and Jupiter conjuncts the Part of Fortune: Both these testimonies favour the underdogs. If we have correctly picked Iceland as the favourites, then victory to Belgium seems the most likely result. France, one of the teams (along with Spain and England) hotly tipped for the title, are favourites: They are represented by Jupiter (Lord 1) and Mars (Lord 10). Italy are signified by Mercury (Lord 7) and Venus (Lord 4). The Moon’s trine to Jupiter is a strong testimony for the favourites. In the absence of any corresponding testimonies for Italy, France are the likely winners.
