Hey Louise,
Always love your predictions! Like you I started doing sports astrology doing the Frawley method. I’ve spent nearly two years trying all types of different things to make sports astrology work and I have come to develop my own method based on principles from Vedic astrology (although I still use the tropical zodiac, not the totally nonsensical sidereal zodiac).
In my method, I give the home team the ASC and the visiting team the DSC. The next EPL league game is Wolverhampton v Arsenal. In this match, heavily favored Arsenal has a brutal Paap Kartari yoga flanking it’s first house. Based on this I am predicting that Wolverhampton gets the upset. I also did a horary chart for this game and the chart seemed to indicate a draw, although even that result would be a surprise, as the odds for “draw no bet” are +270.
My event chart method seems to be able to achieve around 70% accuracy.

Thank you for your kind comments and feedback 🙂 Yes, there is much of interest to explore in Vedic techniques. I agree that the Tropical zodiac yields better results for the Frawley system. The sidereal zodiac seems more useful for charts which are focused strongly on the Nakshatras, which I feel form the “building blocks” on which Vedic astrology was based.
Like yourself, I have considered giving the Ascendant to the host team, and the Descendant to the visitors, as it sidesteps the main problem with the Frawley method, (which John Frawley himself highlights in his book “Sports Astrology”) which is that we have to rely on the pundits/bookmakers to decide the favourites. Your success rate suggests this is a worthwhile approach! I am glad you are enjoying the forecasts and wish you every success with your own forecasts 🙂
