Rivals Paraguay are represented by Venus (lord 7), and Jupiter (lord 4).
The Moon applies to conjunct the 4th house cusp. The orb is wide; 2-degrees or under is ideal, whereas, here, the Moon must travel almost 4-degrees to conjunct the house cusp: This testimony cannot be read as signifying a win for Paraguay, but does show that they will play well, and prove stronger opposition to France than the pundits expect.
More significant is the Moon’s applying square to the antiscion of the Part of Fortune (at 07 Gemini 45). This also favours Paraguay.
