This Wednesday in Munich, just one astrological testimony will decide the result of Germany vs Hungary. 

Germany, as favourites are awarded the 1st house and ruler Jupiter.   

Mercury, ruler of the opposing 7th house represents Hungary. 

Mercury, Lord 7 applies to conjunct the Part of Fortune:  As this testimony can signify victory by itself, the chart forecasts a win for Hungary and an upset for the bookies.
